PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
A committed team
of mechanical and electrical engineers, technicians, graphic artists, CAD specialists, and field service personnel will work in concert with the customers’ engineering staff to ensure total support from concept to completion. SCS/Frigette utilizes CAD 3-D solid modeling to permit the fastest exchange of ideas and concepts. A custom-designed, in-house, calorimeter provides an invaluable tool for product development. An experienced team of technicians provides rapid prototyping and SCS/Frigette’s vertical integration provides an in-house resource for responsive component verification.
PRODUCT TESTING
SCS/Frigette’s
Environmental Wind Tunnel provides in-chamber vehicle HVAC performance testing to accelerate development and provide system verification. SCS/Frigette will provide its customers with a wide variety of testing that includes EMI, salt-spray, shake & vibration, sand & dust, and long-term durability. Road testing, when appropriate, includes visits to high-altitudes, extreme high-heat locations and high-humidity exposure along coastal areas.

Product Support at SCS/Frigette is available in many formats: Field Service representatives provide on-site technical assistance; Technical Service representatives answer in-coming tech-service customer calls; a Graphic Arts team provides support literature such as illustrated parts manuals, installation instructions, trouble-shooting guides, and owner/operator instructions.
